OotBI's Ranged Precision ability is a standard action, so it doesn't work with Manyshot.

Cunning surge with manyshot has potential. But you'll need Inspiration. I would guess at least 3 feats (for 6 IP, totalling 11), asap, and maybe more.

Of course, feats are cheap, but BAB is not. Neither are levels. It doesn't help to do +10 damage, if you only strike twice, and miss both times.

There might be a couple of ways to get BAB, and sneak attack in 1 level. Perhaps the Ronin (CW), which cost 1 feat (EWP bastard sword).

Warblade's aptitude focus, and blood in the water will assign the ewp to your bow, and synergize with your extra shots.
Deepwood Sniper sets up crits.

Don't forget that Cunning Insight adds Int to damage.

Facto 8/ Ronin 1/ Figter 2/ Wb 1/ DWS 2
That's 14 levels.

H. PS
1. Facto 1: RS
3. Facto 3: FoI x1
6. Facto 6: MS
9. Ronin: EWP
10. FIGHTER: Woodland Archer
11. FIGHTER: Craven
12. Martial Rogue: Far Shot, Weapon Focus

13. DWS 1
14. DWS:
15. XXXX: FoI x2

Add Kaorti resin, and your is crit x4. With craven, cunning insight, strength, and a +3 collision bow, that's 130+ damage per crit.

With woodland archer and blood in the water, you're hitting almost every shot (after your first miss or two).

Slip in Cloistered Cleric, and Ordained Champion, and you'll get a substantial boost.

Well ... maybe. Kaorti resin by RAW is applicable to weapons, not ammunition, and generally what a bow's made from doesn't provide that quality to the ammo fired from it (as opposed to some weapon qualities, which explicitly do.) I get it that by RAW a bow does piercing damage and therefore it can be made of kaorti resin, but your DM could be a NotFunPerson and rule that the only times you get the x4 on a crit with a bow is if you hit someone over the head with it.
