Since I can post links now I might as well share my spreadsheet that I use for skills. There are basic instructions on the spreadsheet itself, if you want a more in depth tutorial I made some videos explaining how it all works and how to customize certain things (adding new skills and synergies, new classes, new races, etc.) If you've used spreadsheets before, it should pretty self explanatory.

Thank you for your tireless work on the spreadsheets. If I could ask one more thing. I wonder if there's a way to include the character's speed in their skills (like jump). Or maybe including their weight for swim penalties. Lastly, I was wondering if there could be a way to include the "Dance with the Elements" abilities we were discussing. Where a Monk gains bonuses to certain skills based on his speed.

I added a field for speed; jump checks are automatically updated depending on the entered speed.

I'm not sure what you mean regarding weight for swim penalties depending on weight. If you mean carrying capacity, I've already accounted for the special rule regarding swim (double armor check penalty). Carrying capacity does affect speed, but speed doesn't alter your swim modifier like it does for jump.

The spreadsheet is a template for core classes for simplicities sake, and the dance with the elements ability is from the monk remixed. I can make you a special copy of the spreadsheet that automatically adds the relevant bonuses, but you could also just update the numbers manually in the misc modifiers column. Let me know which you would prefer.
