Here are some items I have created for the Battlerager subclass...

Ruinous War Pick
Weapon (war pick), very rare (requires attunement)

Forged long ago by ancient dwarfs alloying raw adamantite and mithral in an art that has long since been forgotten this, seemingly mundane, magic weapon doesn't glow or spark, and it isn't sentient. Its rather plain appearance suggests it was crafted for a life of hard battles, not ceremonial duties; and it lacks all but the most basic of decorations. Its only remarkable feature is that it shows no damage or wear, and looks no older than the day it was made. Despite its understated yet unmarked appearance, it is exceptionally potent in the right hands, and nothing seems to harm it.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
On a successful hit, the weapon deals bludgeoning or piercing damage (your choice), and deals an extra 1d8 of the chosen damage type.
This weapon ignores resistance to bludgeoning and piercing damage, due to its mysterious composition.
If a creature or object has immunity to bludgeoning or piercing damage, it is reduced to resistance to attacks from this weapon.
Whenever an object is struck with this weapon, it is a critical hit.
The weapon is immune to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, acid, cold, and fire damage.
While raging, if the creature you attacking is holding a shield or wearing armor, and you roll a critical hit, that shield or armor takes a cumulative −1 penalty to its AC. If its penalty drops to −5 (or if its AC bonus is reduced to 0) that shield or armor is permanently destroyed. Armor damaged, but not destroyed, can be repaired with the mending spell, or by a skilled artisan. Note: if the target is both holding a shield and wearing armor, apply the penalties to the shield first.

Spiked Shield (non-magical)
Spiked Shield +1/+2/+3 (magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance to non-magical piercing damage
Armor (shield), varies

Spiked shields are a rare type of shield made by dwarves, the spikes are usually made of metal.

Battlerager Armor

If this shield is held by a Path of the Battlerager Barbarian, it counts as Battlerager Armor for the purposes of bonus attacks only. While you are holding a spiked shield and are raging, you can use a bonus action to make one melee weapon attack with your shield spikes against a target within 5 feet of you. If the attack hits, the spikes deal 1d4 piercing damage. You use your Strength modifier for the attack and damage rolls. Proficiency with a shield allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

A shield is made from wood or metal and is carried in one hand. Wielding a shield increases your Armor Class by 2. You can benefit from only one shield at a time.

Dragon-tooth Scale Mail
Armor (scale mail), very rare (requires attunement)

Dragon-tooth scale mail is made of the scales, and teeth of one kind of dragon. Sometimes dragons collect their cast-off scales and broken teeth and gift them to humanoids. Other times, hunters carefully skin and preserve the corpse of a dead dragon. In either case, dragon-tooth scale mail is highly valued.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, and you have resistance to one damage type that is determined by the kind of a dragon that provided the scales and teeth (see the table).

Additionally, you can focus your senses as an action to magically discern the distance and direction to the closest dragon of the type of armor within 30 miles of you. This special action can't be used again until the next dawn.

Battlerager Armor

If this armor is worn by a Path of the Battlerager Barbarian, it counts as Battlerager Armor. While you are wearing dragon-tooth scale mail armor and are raging, you can use a bonus action to make one melee weapon attack with the teeth mounted on your armor against a target within 5 feet of you. If the attack hits, the teeth deal 1d4+1 damage of one type that is determined by the kind of a dragon that provided the scales (see the table). You use your Strength modifier for the attack and damage rolls.

Additionally, when you use the Attack action to grapple a creature, the target takes 4 damage of one type that is determined by the kind of a dragon that provided the scales (see the table) if your grapple check succeeds.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
