DM might let you do it as a wish, complete with the risk of never being able to wish ag.

Epic boons can do it though getting them can be tricky and requires DM cooperation.

Becoming a lich, vampire or other undead.

True polymorph into something that doesn't eat, sleep or tire.

The UA Reborn also lets you skip eating, sleeping, and breathing.
