What is a "Mantle"? I don't see anything other than that title and that you pick a mantle. I'm blind I guess. Where are the "Mantles"?? Everything I see says "Powers".

Look in Complete Psionics. A mantle is similar to a domain.

Mantles are in Complete Psionics and from what I understand are akin to domains.
