Turn 1:
- Druid moves 110' to the side (Phantom Steed dash) and prepares to protect the party in case of any aggression from Tiamat.

Tiamat takes Legendary Action Fire breath, Wall of Stone springs to be. Since it needs to be supported, there isn't enough stone to protect the whole Ape so the Ape takes 96 damage (173 - 96 = 77). Tiamat's breaths don't damage objects by RAW but DM call, half damage dealt. 96/2 = 48.

- Bard's Simulacrum Wizard (he made a Wizard Simulacrum and Wizard made Bard Simulacrum) casts Haste on the Bard and rides to the Druid. Bard fires three shots at Tiamat and gives Bardic Inspiration to the Bard Simulacrum. All attacks hit dealing 55 damage to Tiamat (down to 560).

Tiamat takes Legendary Action Cold Breath for 51 damage (Ape fails save). Ape down to 77 - 51 = 26 HP. DM call, Acid damages objects fully so Wall of Stone down to 180 - 48 - 51 = 81 HP.

- Cleric readies an action to cast level 2 Bless on Bards, himself and Couatl when all characters are assembled and rides to the Druid, Bard, Wizard group.

- Homunculus/Owl don't take meaningful action this round.

- Wizard readies an action to cast Wall of Force when Timmy begins to take meaningful offensive action. Wizard and Bard Simulacrum ride to the others, Bard Simulacrum casts Elemental Weapon VII and attacks once with Bonus Action hitting for 24 damage (Tiamat down to 536).

- Bat doesn't do anything.

- Couatl flies to the rest of the party and changes into Vuman Knight with Magic Initiate for Fog Cloud/Mage Hand/etc.

Tiamat regenerates (566) moves 120' to the party (by Pythagoran theorem, taking the hypotenuse she can reach the Couatl pretty much) and takes her attack action. This procs the Wizard to cast Wall of Force. Tiamat doesn't really have a reason to care about the Giant Ape, though if lacking means to target the rest of the party she might kill it with a breath. This kind of positioning is decidedly some of the worst possible for the Ape.

Ape Dashes towards Tiamat. Tiamat Lightning Breaths killing the Ape.

Druid readies an action (dropping Concentration on Wall of Stone) to cast protective Wall of Stone when Tiamat begins to charge another attack.

Bard and Wizardluracrum act. Wizard drops Concentration on Wall of Force. Bard moves out to attack thrice, two hits and one miss, and moves back in. 49 damage for Tiamat's health total of 517. Tiamat conserves her remaining three Legendaries. Wizardluracrum is Concentrating on Haste and so can't take meaningful action on this turn.

Legendary Action: Tiamat uses Breath before which Druid's Wall of Stone goes up. (20'/20'/20' sides and 20'/20' roof leaving only the rear open)

Cleric moves out, casts level 7 Spiritual Weapon and attacks. Attack misses. Cleric moves back in behind Wall of Stone and takes Dodge action.

Wizard and Bardluracrum act. Bardluracrum attacks (twice, not thrice) hitting once for 20 damage, and gives Inspiration to the other Bard. Tiamat HP 497. Wizard readies another Wall of Force in case Tiamat begins charging an attack.

Couatl-Knight uses Leadership.

Tiamat takes her turn, regenerates 30 points (527) and tries to attack through the hole in the back. Wall of Force goes off. We can just pass this on as Tiamat not taking the Attack action and thus being able to take the Dodge action instead.

Druid readies an action to cast level 6 Wall of Stone between them after Tiamat moves.

Bard uses Dimension Door to the other side of the map taking the Wizardluracrum with him. Wizard casts Major Image off a 6th level slot creating a field of darkness. Bard attacks normally due to Dodge and Darkness cancelling each other out. One hits for 32 damage (Tiamat down to 495).

Cleric has no meaningful action to take and casts Thaumaturgy plus attacks with Spiritual Weapon (misses).

Wizard Dimension Doors to the other side together with the Couatl and the Bard follows suite with the the Druid and then attacks twice hitting once missing. Phantom Steeds and Cleric still protected by the Wall of Force.

Couatl changes into Orc War Chief.

Tiamat regenerates (525) and Dashes at the party simultaneously negating the Major Image via True Seeing (one of the reasons for Dashing over Dodging, another being that the distance is a bit over 240' and so she can't quite get in range for breath without Dash).

Turn 3

Druid's Wall of Stone goes up, so that the back is open and rest is covered.

Druid casts Whirlwind on Tiamat's location. Save failed, Legendary used, 12 damage taken (down to 513).

Legendary Action: Tiamat attacks the Stone Wall with Bite for 49 damage (131/180).

Bard attacks thrice, 3 hits for 53 damage (down to 460). Bardic Inspiration given to Simulbard. Wizard doesn't cast anything.

Legendary Action: Tiamat attacks the Stone Wall with Cold Bite for 36 damage (95/180).

Cleric has no meaningful actions to take.

Legendary Action: Tiamat attacks the Stone Wall with Fire Bite for 33 damage (62/180).

Homunculus has no meaningful actions to take.

Interesting scenario actually: if Tiamat guesses the readied action, she could move to the middle and Dodge. But she'd still have to stay within breath range to force it so it's probably better for her to attack first forcing the readied action: this means she can reach the party pretty much regardless of where they go in one turn afterwards.

Therefore, Tiamat regenerates (460) and attacks triggering the Teleport readied action.

Destination in sight so 1-24 would be off target. Roll of 76: party teleports to other side of the arena.

Turn 4

Druid casts Haste on the Simulbard, mounts a Steed and moves back 100'.

Legendary Action: Tiamat uses Lightning Breath on the Cleric. She can't succeed the save so she takes 87 damage and drops Concentration on Bless. All the Phantom Steeds die except for Druid's.

Bard turn, Bard uses triple attack at Sharpshooter. Wizard uses Minor Illusion of a brush to give her concealment for the second attack (made visible by the attack). First attack has Advantage from the Owl tag. All hit for 89 damage (Tiamat down to 371). Bard casts level 3 Healing Word on the Cleric for 13 points. They both move 40' back.

Legendary Action: Tiamat uses Acid breath for 74 damage, knocking her down to 18 life (166 originally with temporary HP).

Cleric turn, Cleric recasts Bless and moves back.

Wizard's turn, Bard Simulacrum opens up with 3 attacks using Sharpshooter on the first (hitting thanks to Inspiration) for 76 damage (Tiamat down to 295), Tiamat is bloodied for the first time.

Tiamat regenerates (325), no longer bloodied but definitely feeling the heat. She took almost as much damage on the last round as on all the others combined. I rolled whether she'd go for the Bard or the Bard Simulacrum: by now she's obviously more than determined her worst adversaries. Roll came down on the Bard. She moves near the Bard and assumes a position where the Cone can hit all the targets in front of her. She also takes the Dodge-action.

Druid moves just outside the Breath Weapon range and readies an action to move 100' forward after Tiamat has moved 100'+.

Legendary action: Tiamat Fire Breaths at the Bard, the Cleric, the Wizard and the Wizard Simulacrum.

Readied Action goes off, Wizard and Cleric Dimension Door to the other side of the room. Bard uses Contingency as does Wizard Simulacrum.

Seeing the enemy hurt, Bard opens up on her with Sharpshooter to finish the job. Diviners use 19 and 18 to ensure two hits. Third attack rolled at disadvantage without Sharpshooter, Inspiration die used, hit. 76 damage (Tiamat down to 249). Wizard Simulacrum casts Minor Illusion of a brush in front of the party for use by the Bard Simulacrum. Since Bardluracrum isn't here yet, Bard gives Inspiration to Cleric instead.

Legendary Action: Tiamat Lightning Breaths at the Bard Simulacrum, who uses Contingency to join in with the rest of the party.

Cleric mutters something about waste but uses Channel Divinity on herself restoring herself to 75 HP. Also, due to positioning Spiritual Weapon can indeed attack and with the Inspiration, hits for 18 damage (Tiamat down to 232).

Wizard acts, Bardluracrum opens up taking shot from behind the Minor Illusion, Wizard casts another one, another shot from behind it and then a third shot with Diviner using 12. Lucky used on the second attack. All hits for 51 damage (Tiamat down to 181). Bardluracrum gives Inspiration to the Bard.

Couatl moves to Druid, changes shape into a mouse and gets into the backpack.

Tiamat regenerates (up to 211) and moves. She can't reach anyone of relevance (obviously going after the Druid and the Couatl would be a suicide since it'd give the archers 2-3 free turns of attacking and Tiamat is at under 1/3rd HP so she definitely can't afford that) so she has to Dash, taking 15 damage from the Whirlwind (down to 196).

This procs the readied action from the Druid who moves 100' towards them.

Turn 6
Druid uses action to move Whirlwind out of Tiamat's space and back in burning Legendary Resistance and dealing another 24 damage (down to 172). Then he moves 100' forward.

Legendary action: Tiamat breathes fire on Bard. Bard saves, 45 damage taken. Concentration check (DC 22) made via. 14 in Portent (14+8 = 22).

Bard turn: Sharpshooter 3 times hitting critically twice for a total of 75 damage (down to 97). Seeing Tiamat heavily damaged, Wizard Simulacrum readies action to cast Wall of Force to protect Bard Simulacrum in case Tiamat begins taking an offensive action towards the Bard Simulacrum.

Legendary action: Tiamat has three dangerous targets she'd want to get rid of (Wizard Simulacrum, Bard, Bard Simulacrum) but all of them are spread out so only one can be hit. Generally you want to focus a single target down ASAP to decrease the iterative damage from the enemy. OTOH she's really in a bad way and Bard went already and if she went after either Bard Simulacrum or the Wizard, her chances of surviving until next turn are higher. In this case I think she targets one or the other...rolling for targets, she prioritises Wizard Simulacrum, which as a bonus allows hitting the Cleric and the Wizard too. Wizard uses Contingency to teleport away.

Of cone breaths she's down to cold and poison, of which cold is generally better. 77 damage (38 damage to Wizard Simulacrum). Concentration-check (DC 19) made. The Bat familiar for the Simulacrum dies.

Cleric makes death save and succeeds.

Wizard's turn, Bard Simulacrum full attacks. Only one hit, 27 damage using Inspiration die for damage (down to 70). Bard gives Inspiration to Wizard Simulacrum.

Couatl readies action to turn into his native form after Druid has moved.

Tiamat regenerates (100 HP), moves to attack Bard Simulacrum (Bard is under Lethargy since Haste Concentration was dropped when Wizard Simulacrum readied Wall of Force), attacks Bard Simulacrum, gets blocked by Wall of Force, spends remaining two attacks on Wizard Simulacrum. One is a natural 1 (Portent), one hits for 30 damage. Concentration maintained.

Turn 7

Druid's turn, moves 100' back and procs Whirlwind again. Tiamat uses Legendary save (down to 2) and takes 20 damage (80 HP). Couatl's readied action triggers and it shifts to Couatl form.

Legendary Action: Tiamat Fire Breaths the Wizard Simulacrum. Death Ward procs and Wizard Simulacrum drops to 1 HP.

Bard's turn, Lethargy, can't take action. Wizard Simulacrum moves to the Bard and Dimension Doors them both away to the Couatl/Druid.

Legendary Action: Lightning Breath the Bard for 108 damage, Bard fails the save and is badly singed.

Cleric turn, death save succeeds.

Wizard turn: Wizard casts Major Image of a cloud of Darkness giving Bard advantage on attacks (Unseen Attacker). Bard attacks with Sharpshooter at advantage hitting once for 31 damage (49 HP).

Couatl casts Bless on self/Wizard/Bard Simulacrum.

Tiamat regenerates to 79. Once again, she has a rather terrible decision to make: she could try to finish the Bard off reducing her key threats opening herself up to another round of attacks from the rest of the enemy, or she could go to the enemy removing the concealment and hopefully getting some breaths off leaving the Bard alive and opening herself to attacks from the behind. Ultimately, she's not winning unless she manages to drop the opponents so she goes to attack the Bard (at 51 HP after the 108 damage Lightning Breath) for 24, 25, 33 proccing death ward and leaving him at 1.

She can't get within True Seeing range.

EDIT: Divine Word saves the breath and autokills the Bard. Bard is dead, Cleric is stable. After that she moves 100' to the enemy.

Druid moves Whirlwind to hit Tiamat once more for 11 damage (down to 68).

Bard's turn: Wizard Simulacrum readies an action to cast Wall of Force in case enemies approach.

Cleric stabilizes.

Bard Simulacrum fires at Tiamat. Misses thrice. Wizard keeps Concentrating on Major Image.

Couatl shifts into Orc Battle Chief.

Druid moves to the back wall.

Readied action goes off. Wall of Force goes off.

Bard turn, Wizard Simulacrum casts caged Forcecage in front of the opening in the Wall blocking the hole left into the wall so it can be shot through but not moved.

Wizard turn, Bard attacks at disadvantage thrice hitting both for 58 damage (Tiamat down to 40).

Couatl uses War Cry.

Tiamat regenerates (70), moves to the corner and Dodges (she can't fit in, otherwise she would certainly take a breath here).

Turn 10

Druid takes no action.

Wizard Simulacrum Dimension Doors to the other side of the map with the Bard Simulacrum.

Bard attacks thrice normally (Tiamat Dodge cancels out War Chief Couatl's bonus), hits once for 25 damage (Tiamat down to 45).

Tiamat regenerates (65), dashes down, procs Whirlwind (15 damage down to 50 - remembered Magic Resistance so she actually only has spent 1 Legendary Resistance).

Turn 11

Druid procs Whirlwind again (18 damage down to 32).

Wizard takes no action.

Bardluracrum attacks for 47 damage dropping her.
