Just wondering, does this look like a full list of classes with Iaijutsu Focus as a class skill?

Akodo Champion (full BAB)
Ardent Dilettante
Exemplar
Factotum
Hida Defender (full BAB)
Iaijutsu Master (full BAB)
Kishi Charger (full BAB)
Mirumoto Niten Master (full BAB)
OA Samurai (full BAB)
Savant
Shiba Protector
Singh Rager (full BAB)
Sohei
Weapon Master (Kensai) (full BAB)

Can select as one of their skills:

Expert
High Handcrafter
Human Paragon
Noble

Class skill if you've ever had it as a class skill previously:

Heir of Siberys
Legacy Champion
Survivor

In terms of feats, there's Aereni Focus.

Able Learner means you can purchase Iaijutsu Focus ranks for 1:1, but your max ranks is still nerfed (unless you've ever had it as a class skill previously).

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Trying to stick to official 3.5 and 3.0 sources at the moment, and would like to avoid Dragon and Dungeon material. Also going to avoid alternate systems like the generic classes and Skill Knowledge feat in UA at the moment.

There's also Human Paragon, that can take Iaijutsu Focus as an eternal class skill.

The generic classes (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/genericClasses.htm) can also access IF.

Human Paragon (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/racialParagonClasses.htm#humanParagon): Choose any ten to be class skills, and one of those can be a permanent class skill for every class you take.

Expert (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/npcClasses/expert.htm): Choose any ten to be class skills.

Ah, of course, should have remembered all of those.

Some of the clan-specific prestige classes hidden up the back of Oriental Adventures also have Iaijutsu Focus as a class skill - if you're going to list Iaijutsu Master (itself a PrC) then these ones should be on the list too:

Akodo Champion
Hida Defender
Mirumoto Niten Master
Shiba Protector (EDIT: You already have this one.)

Both of these are good (source (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?451088-Alternative-ways-to-get-new-Class-skills)).

Flexible Mind (Anarchic) - Dragon 326 p 80 must be chaotic, any 2 skills you already have ranks in become class skills
Academy Graduate - Savage Tide Player's Guide Location: Sasserine p 10 have "District Feats" Must be from Sasserine Noble District choose any 3 Charisma or any 3 Intelligence based skills

For handbooks, here's the one I used for creating one of my builds. http://minmaxforum.com/index.php?topic=8741.0

Fairly barebones, but it does have most of the ways to force the flat-footed condition (and thus use Iaijutsu Focus) that I know of.

Able learner is a great talent for this, a single level in any class that has IF as a class skill is all you need.

Tangent: there's a feat in Oriental Adventures -- Iaijutsu Master -- that allows you to make any one attack roll, saving throw, or skill check using your Iaijutsu Focus skill modifier in place of all other modifiers, once per day. Not a bad cover for a poor Will save at least.

Yeah that's a pretty nice feat for anyone focusing on the skill. Shame it's only 1/day, but can really help shore up poor saves, or for an urgent skill check.

The half-gnome from dragonlance can pick a skill to always be a class skill, also gets a +2 on it.

I'd never spend a feat on something 1/day personally. Then you're down 1 feat the rest of the time.

The Noble from the Dragonlance Campaign Setting gets a bonus class skill.

Nice pickup, I'll add it in now.

There is the Flexible Mind feat. it lets you pick 2 skills that you permanently treat as class skills. The hard part is having to spend 2 ranks to cross class the skill to start it up, so you have to wait until 3rd level to take it iirc. the best part is you don't have the pesky human prerequisite of able learner, so you can be any race you want(although let's face it, humans are OP af). you could also combine flexible mind with able learner and not have to take a class with IF to be able to get max ranks, while only having to spend 1 skill point to get flexible mind rolling, as well as getting the other obvious benefit of using flexible mind in general. I would probably just take Human paragon, but if you just *have* to have 3 skills added to your list, without taking levels in the right classes, there you go. in fact, im planning to use this to make a dervish/iai master, using only fighter levels with acfs to get my prereqs
