Hi all. Are there any solo D&D campaigns out there?

There probably are, but I'm not aware of them myself. I will throw out a suggestion to RPG Solo (https://www.rpgsolo.com/), a virtual DM that can help by randomly generating some content (like vague descriptions of an NPC or a location) or determining the answers to yes or no questions. It's a handy tool, but does require you to interpret the outputs in a way that makes sense, as well as figure out for yourself how likely something should be before you ask the virtual DM. If you do find a solo campaign module, you could probably use RPG Solo to act as your DM for the module, though a module designed specifically for solo play might have its own system for such things.

DMs Guild has some products for solo play here (https://www.dmsguild.com/product/271175/Solo-Adventure-Bundle-1?src=hottest_filtered&filters=0_0_0_45752_0_0_0_0). You can click through the links there and see if it interests you. Never played it myself, can't say how good it is.

I recommend the solo stuff written by Paul Bimler on DMsGuild, starting with "The Death Knight's Squire". It's FR-based and your choices are all hyperlinked for convenience.

Bring your A game though, because it can get tough.

Honestly, if that's what you are looking for, buy Gloomhaven. It's not D&D, but it is a fantasy game with characters that you level up as you complete quests and the mechanics work really well for solo players.
