Marshal 1 gives you skill focus: Diplomacy, or if you already have Skill Focus: Diplomacy it gives you any other feat for which you qualify.
Are there any other classes that have a similar mechanic to this one? And could give me any feat of my choosing if already had the one that they provide?
Also any class in general that provides: Bonus feat: any would be useful. (I've got the ones that were covered on the old 3.5 list of stuff already)

I'm not sure what was in the last thread, but Half-Elf Paragon gives a bonus feat at level 1.
A fun optimization trick is to start Changeling with Racial Emulation with a humanoid hitdie, emulate a Half-Elf, then exchange the hitdie for a level in the Paragon class.

And then you can take another 1st level only feat. Like able learner or dragon tail or something

The healer from MinH gives you Skill Focus: Heal at Lvl2, with the same clause as the marshal. It's useful because you can take Skill Focus @ Lvl1 and then a feat you were not qualified yet (e.g. Weapon Finesse) @ Lvl2.

Well yeah, but odds are if you're a healer, wading into melee to use weapon finesse isn't your first idea.
No, it's more useful to snatch Magic of the Land (RotW) which allows you to heal on non-healing spells with a skill check

Yeah, I recall a thread about this previously, and a surprising number of the relevant classes were from Miniatures Handbook.
Here we go: https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?620889-swapping-bonus-feats
Dragon Samurai 8 (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20030906c)
Favored Soul 3 & 12
Healer 2
Tactical Solider 2
Warmage 7/10/15/20 (metamagic feats only)
...seems to be a bit of a Miniatures Handbook thing.
Animal Lord 6
Argent Fist 1
Hand of the Winged Masters 1 (draconic feats only)
Malconvoker 3
Moonspeaker 7 (shifter feats only)
Ordained Champion 2
Pact-bound Adept 3
Swift Wing 2 (draconic feats only)
There are probably others as well.

An example is not a recommendation.
