'Listening in' on Telepathy?

I swore I saw a Spell or Power somewhere that let one 'listen' in on telepathic communications that the caster isn't a part of. Am I way off or am I just massively forgetting what it is called?

Is 3.5 material okay? Telepathy Tap does exactly this, although it's a Sanctified spell for some bizarre reason.

That works too. There's a 3.5 spell of the same name, though. Short duration, but you automatically listen in on all telepathy in range.

It was indeed the feat I was thinking of. Which is why I couldn't find it; looking in the wrong spot.
