Having recently stumbled on the (completely unplayable) scorpionfolk template, I wondered if anyone has seen a compilation of vermin-themed monstrous humanoid templates?
Or barring that - any example of bee, wasp, beetle, worm, or any other creepy-crawly-like template in any official D&d material would be very appreciated.

AFAIK, Tauric Creature (Savage Species) with Vermin as "base creature" - and it's it

Or barring that - any example of bee, wasp, beetle, worm, or any other creepy-crawly-like template in any official D&d material would be very appreciated.
Arachnoid Creature (Underdark)
Drider (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mm/20011118a)
Favored Spawn of Kyuss (Dragon #336)
Half-Fiend - some of Fiends are pretty "insectile" (such as Ice Devil (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/devil.htm#iceDevilGelugon))
Hiveblood Creature (Dungeon #127)
Hivenest Monster (Dungeonscape)
Insectile Creature (Savage Species)
Rancid Beetle Zombie (Sharn: City of Towers)
Scion of Kyuss (Dragon #307)
Swarm-Shifter (Libris Mortis)
Symbiotic Creature (Savage Species) - Vermins are acceptable
Web Mummy (Monster Manual IV)
Worm That Walks (Epic Level Handbook)

Do Worms that Walk walk without rhythm so they don't attract themselves?

Not a template, but a creature: Abeil, from Monster Manual 2, are bee-people. They're listed as playable characters, and have LA +3 for the Vassals (the type you'd likely be playing).

In case of non-templates, there are some variants:

Khepri (Dragon #352): "cockroach girl"; no racial HD and LA +0
Diopsid (Dragon Compendium): "beetle people"; no racial HD and LA +1
Thri-Kreen (non-psionic version from the Shining South): "mantis people"; 2 HD and LA +1
Imago (Savage Species): "something like a spider eater or carnivorous hornet"; 3 HD and LA +2
Aranea: shapeshifting spider; 3 HD and LA +4
Advespa (Monster Manual II): "wasp devil"; 4 HD and LA +4

Not a template, but do Dromites (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicRaces.htm#dromites) count? Insect-like psionic race LA +1.

Dromites might be mistaken for halflings at a distance, due to their diminutive stature. However, closer scrutiny reveals dromites to have hardened, chitin-encrusted skin, compound eyes like those of an insect, and two small antennae protruding from their brows. Called "bug-men" by the ignorant, dromites share far more traits with humans than they do with insects.

Some more:
Chitine (Underdark): "spiderlike, four-armed humanoids", "his eyes are faceted, and mandibles jut from his mouth"; 2 HD and LA +2
Crucian (Sandstorm): "A crablike shell covers the upper body of this otherwise humanoid form" (but see the picture (http://archive.wizards.com/dnd/images/mhbk_gallery/76979_CN.jpg)); apparently, no racial HD and LA +2
Drider (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/drider.htm)
Neogi (Lords of Madness): "spider-like monster has a long, flexible neck and an eel-like head with tiny, needle-sharp teeth"; 5 HD and LA +3
Yurian (Fiend Folio): "bizarre hybrid of crustacean and humanoid features"; 3 HD and LA +4

Also, Fang of Lolth PrC (Song and Silence) slowly transforms character into Vermin

Do Worms that Walk walk without rhythm so they don't attract themselves?

They know the secret: To be able to love others, you need to love oneself.
