Yes actually - the Sun Orchid flower from Thuvia is pretty much exactly this. There are no set stats for the flower itself, but the Sun Orchid Elixir (https://aonprd.com/MagicArtifactsDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Sun%20Orchid%2 0Elixir) made from it by Thuvia's alchemists does more or less what you're looking for. Being an artifact, the exact means of creating it are a plot secret, though the elixir's entry provides a starting point.
