Increase Ooze Size

I have looked very unsuccessfully, so hopefully someone knows more than me.

Is there a way to increase the size of an ooze by 1, that isn’t advancement through HD? Preferably it would work no matter what size the ooze is, wouldn’t be in the polymorph line of spells, and wouldn’t come from Dragon Magazine.

A Wu Jen/Spellguard of Silverymoon can cast Giant size on the Ooze, since Giant Size gives you natural armor. The same would work if you could cast Righteous Might as an arcane spell, either by adding it to a wizard's spell list or using a feat to cast it as an arcane spell as a cleric.

Also, magic traps and living spells don't really check if the target is right. So being attacked by a living righteous might or even a living enlarge person would increase the ooze's size, same with a magical trap of giant size.

No sure how useful that is for the OP.

Half-fiend is only legal for a base creature of Int 4 or higher, so won't work for most oozes, sorry.

The sentry ooze inherited template gives a mindless ooze an intelligence score - combine that with an inherited template increasing intelligence, and you can add half-fiend to the ooze

There's also a small number of innately intelligent Oozes: Assassin Jelly, Cesspit Ooze, Conflagration Ooze, Living Ferroplasm, and Summoning Ooze. There may be a couple of others I've missed.

Darkness Given Hunger is the largest black pudding known. It was possessed by a hezrou demon at Juiblex's command, and then an imprison possessor spell was cast upon the fusion, making it permanent. For centuries, the demon has dwelled within the pudding, and the two have truly become one in the foul depths of the Abyss. Now, Darkness Given Hunger is Juiblex's main servant, helping patrol the Abyssal layer upon which they both dwell, looking for food.
