Racial Traits

Ability Scores: +2 Strength, +2 Constitution or Wisdom
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 Squares, swim 6 squares
Vision: Darkvision
Languages: Common, Primordial
Skill Bonuses: +2 History, +2 Insight
Emissary of the Sea: You can communicate simple ideas with natural creatures of the beast type that can breathe water, though you have no special ability to understand them in return.
Guardian of the Depths: You have resist 5 cold. The resistance increases to 10 at 11th level and 15 at 21st level.
Amphibious: You can breathe air and water.
Aquatic You have the aquatic subtype.
Control Air and Water: You can use control air and water as an encounter power.



Control Air and Water Triton Racial Power
A gale and a wave batter those hostile to you.
Encounter ♦ Weapon
Move Action ♦ Blast 3
Target: Each enemy in blast
Attack: Strength +2 vs. Reflex, Constitution +2 vs. Reflex, or Charisma +2 vs. Reflex
Hit: You knock the target prone.
Special: When you gain this power, choose Strength, Constitution, or Charisma as the ability score you use when making attack rolls and damage rolls with this power. This choice remains throughout your character’s life and does not change the power’s other effects.

I've also written up a few racial feats and some racial utility powers like some of the races in supplementary books get:
Cleanse the Madness
Prerequisite: Shardmind, triton, or wilden
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls against aberrant creatures. The bonus increases to +4 at 11th level and +6 at 21st level.

Deep Ocean Ancestry
Tritons make their homes among freezing water, and you are especially as ease commanding the cold and the currents.
Prerequisite: Triton
Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls when you use a power that has the cold or the water keyword.

Dousing Skin
In the inky depths of the ocean, even vents of magma are quickly dim, and creating an open flame is impossible by mundane means. You are imbued with a similar vestige, and putting out fire is of no difficulty to you.
Prerequisite: Triton
Benefit: You gain a +3 feat bonus to saving throws made to end ongoing fire damage.

Freezing Air and Water
Prerequisite: Triton, control air and water maneuver
Benefit: When you use your Control Air and Water Power, you can choose to make the blast freezing cold. The power gains the cold keyword, and deals cold damage equal to your Strength modifier. The damage increases to 2 + your Strength modifier at 11th level and 4 + your Strength modifier at 21st level.

Marine Warrior
Prerequisite: Triton
Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls when attacking an enemy while you are both underwater.

Sea Speech
Prerequisite: Triton
When you use your emissary of the sea trait, natural creatures of the beast type that can breath water are able to communicate simple concepts to you, as if you shared a language.

Wide Control
Prerequisite: Triton, control air and water maneuver
Benefit: When you use control air and water, the size of the blast increases to 5.Gift of the Sea Triton Utility 2
You grant another aid as they fumble through the water
Encounter
Immediate Interrupt ♦ Close Burst 5
Trigger: A creature makes an athletics check to swim and dislikes the result.
Target: The triggering ally in burst
Effect: The target rerolls the athletics check and uses either result.

Cresting Wave Triton Utility 6
As your allies force your enemies back, you join the shifting tide
Encounter
Immediate Interrupt ♦ Close Burst 2
Trigger: An enemy creature within range is pushed.
Effect: The distance the creature is pushed increases by 1.

Gyser Motion Triton Utility 6
Like a rushing geyser, you push past obstacles on the way to the open air.
Encounter
Move Action ♦ Personal
Effect: You shift up to 3 squares. You can push up to 2 different adjacent creatures 1 square each at any point during your move.

Charge With the Current Triton Utility 10
Whirling like a current, you are beyond reach even directly after charging in.
Encounter
Free Action ♦ Personal
Trigger: You move less than your speed as part of a charge.
Effect: You move up to your remaining speed as part of the charge. The creature you attacked with the charge cannot make an opportunity attack the first time you leave a square adjacent to it as part of this move.
