Lurking in old forum threads, internet archive of the old wotc forums and whatnot i found multiple mentions of some web material that i couldn't found neither in the official archive nor in various online unofficial archives. All of the links are in the following format:
https://ww2.wizards.com/books/mirrorstone/Article.aspx?doc=fr_tazistats
And all or at least the one i found seems to have stats for creatures.
The one i was looking for is the one with Tazi, bruenor, drizzt and so on.
The only website i found something was candlekeep, here http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/drizzt-35.htm
I don't mean to discredit kandlekeep but I'd like to see if there is some archive of the original material out there.

Note:
Drizzt Do'Urden and Artemis Entreri are printed in the 3E Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting;
Bruenor Battlehammer and Wulfgar - in the Silver Marches.

Catti-brie, Regis, and some other characters are in this article (http://web.archive.org/web/20080424060219/http://ww2.wizards.com/Books/Wizards/?doc=fr_lonedrowstats)

The one i was looking for is the one with Tazi
Which Tazi?

Sorry i wasn't clear enough, i didn't need the stuff i quoted, i needed the article they come from, for the items presented with them. Tazi was my mistake, the item is calles tazi's ring but the character should be called Thazienne. The article you sent me in the archive probably will allow me to get to the rest of the book material, thanks a lot!

Thazienne Uskevren (https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Thazienne_Uskevren) was printed in Dragon #273 - "Rogues Gallery: The Heroes of Stormweather"

This is 3.0 material, I'm quite sure the one with the ring is some sort of 3.5 update. Unless there's the ring in the DrM, then I'll just need to go through some web archive for a bit

Maybe it’s there

Not the article itself, but quote from it about the Tazi's Ring is there (http://minmaxforum.com/index.php?topic=16695.msg306675#msg306675) (under one of spoilers)

Yeah that's the same for candlekeep, i have a quote with what's most likely the original text, but I'm still missing the source to check on it.

Unfortunately, the stuff on the ww2 Wizards site can be really hard to track down. They really did a scorched-earth on it.

I tried a few different things, no luck.

This is one of the few working links I have to an archive of that site, but not the article you are looking for. Maybe you can use that s a starting point?

This seems a bit closer, but still not what OP is looking for: http://web.archive.org/web/20051230054825/http://www.wizards.com:80/default.asp?x=books/fr/sembiatimeline

It appears you can search for URLs backed up on the web archive. TIL (https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://ww2.wizards.com/books/Wizards/?doc=fr_*).

That being said, this (https://web.archive.org/web/20080519045838/http://ww2.wizards.com:80/Books/Wizards/?doc=fr_tazistats) seems to be the one you're looking for. Why your original link points to Mirrorstone, a subordinate publisher that was formed after Thazienne's book was released and that generally isn't doing anything Forgotten Realms related is beyond me.

I am now trying to think about ways to exploit Tazi's ring.

Obviously, undead or constructs don't need to worry about having their Con score halved. Maybe some kind of Necropolitan Zen Archery sneak attack build? If you don't have a strength adjusted bow you don't care too much about Str; and your Wis modifier is used in place of you Dex modifier for missile attacks.

Would a Crimson Scourge 8 be immune to the debilitating side-effect of the ring?

Deadened Hide (Ex): Upon reaching 8th level, you become immune to nonlethal damage and to spells or effects that inflict or manipulate pain (DM's discretion).

...although I'm not sure 1 minute/day of magic immunity is worth building a whole character around.

Even though it requires AMF to craft the eing never mention working like such, this implies that probably it bypass initiate of mystra but mostly LoE, since it's not a spell. Besides that u just nee an EX way to poly or alternate form or such things, since it's usable during the ring just take the damage and then change you're scores anyway

While we're on this subject, does anyone have a link to a primary source for Raistlin's Frog?

The what in the what now? If you give me a Wikipedia article for the franchise (or better even, the specific product that was, back in the day, promoted with the article you're looking for) and maybe some outdated wizards links, I can give it a shot.

That is likely as close as I'll get. Thank you.
