Video game themed Pen&Pencil RPG?

There is any Pen&Pencil RPG themed in a way similar to Video games? I mean like toon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toon_%28role-playing_game%29) is for cartoons?

Sorry, I wans't clear, I din't mean adaptations of videogames, but rpgs with have a feeling/theme like videogames, more like Super Mario, Less like Zelda.

I've never seen as such. If GOO hadn't died, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a Big-Eyes-Small-Mouth (BESM) supplement designed to reflect JRPG mechanics and tropes... but I don't think such a thing exists.

And since BESM uses a somewhat dynamic system to reflect certain kinds of cinematics, they might be your best bet.

Otherwise, you'll probably just want to pick out a generic RP system you like and adapt it.
