Methods to increase the accuracy of Disjunction?

The latest panel got me thinking; what are some ways to increase the effectiveness of disjunction so the odds aren't so bad (i.e. same % as your CL)? I know there are some, but I can't for the life of me remember what they are.

I'm not aware of any magic items that buff disjunction specifically, but anything that increases caster level should work. Arcane Thesis feat, Archmage's Spell Power arcana, Orange Ioun Stone, etc.
