So blighted fey are from a specific campaign path. Evil fey learns magic from demon lord, corrupts forests, takes over. Players are supposed to retrieve specific artifact, restore deposed fey queen, and then the fey queen and restore the artifact to be able to cure fey en masse. Other than that specific artifact, the only way to cure a blighted fey is wish, miracle, or limited wish. BUT, we are not in that campaign so can't get that artifact obviously.

Kill and resurrect would also work according to gm, but we are level 7 not 13. We also don't have a druid for reincarnate. Raise dead, as it would restore the same body rather than possibly making a new body, also wouldn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?

So I read the blighted fey template and it is quite specific. Nothing less than a 7th level spell is going to do the trick (limited wish.) If your dm has ruled reincarnate will work, that's good. It is likely the lowest level option.

Technically there is a path available at any level (though you likely end up dead.) Begging a time dragon to fix it. But that is little different from begging a higher level caster.

No options you have available are gonna be cheap or easy.

So far the only thing I can think of is beg the appropriate power to intervene. Hope you got a good face guy.

This is the sort of thing that is really to be decided in-universe. If your DM wants there to be a way for a level 7 party to do it, he'll provide one. If she doesn't, she won't. To find out which it is, the best thing is probably to have a character with good knowledge skills research the problem in a good library (or hire a sage). There might be an analog to the artifact in your world. There might be a friendly wizard or spellcasting beastie, or priestly or druidic order that would help you right the wrong.

At level 7, this is probably above your pay grade, unless the DM doesn't want it to be.
