I recently had the displeasure of attempting to use the base Pathfinder archetype system to create a semi-customized character.
Extremely obnoxiously, as could be guessed, a lot of neat archetypes are incompatible, due to overlapping replacements.

Got me thinking that it's really not difficult to create a filter system which lets you select an archetype, and then it filters out all incompatible archetypes.
A lot of tedious work, but nothing difficult. (Well, perhaps less tedious if you made a script to just scrape the information from the charts on the pfsrd.)

I was wondering if anyone found some such software already.

If not, I might do something myself. Probably won't. But might.

There's this (https://cbrayton.github.io/Archetype-Crawler/). It's not perfect, but it's a start.

pretty much exactly what I was thinking about. At least, without reordering the archetypes to have the available ones shown first.
Oh... you mean there are some bugs.

I use Pathbuilder (link to android store page (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.redrazors.pathbuilder&hl=en_US&gl=US)) on my phone to create characters. It works well for me to find stacking archetypes.
