Dragon Magic introduced Dragonpacts, a very weird ritual in which sorcerers give up spell slots and money to dragons in exchange for spell like abilities. This isn't too interesting on the sorcerer's side, unless you're looking for a way to get a particular spell. But as a dragon, it becomes much more interesting.

First we look up who can serve as the other side of the dragonpact:

To make a dragonpact, a sorcerer of 4th level or higher… must undertake a mystical ceremony in which he establishes mental contact with a true dragon (that is, a dragon with twelve age categories, such as a red dragon).

For the purposes of Dragonpacts (and this post), IF a Dragonwrought Kobold is a true dragon, since it has the dragon type and twelve age catagories, it can serve as the dragon in a dragonpact. This means it can answer sorcerers and get hit points and bonus spell slots in exchange for hit points. But what can we do with dragonpacts?

The bonus spell slots don't have the proviso that you need to be able to cast that level of spell in order to gain it, unlike nearly every other source of bonus spell slots, so we can use them in conjunction with Heighten Spell or a fixed list caster like Beguiler OR spellhoarding in order to qualify for spellcasting prestige classes early. So long as you have the hit points to spare, you can get the spell slot.

What we could do with it, I'm not sure, get all ten levels of Magelord??

Dragonwrought White-Dragonspawn Loredrake Spellhoarding Riddled Kobold Sleeping Tiger Monk 2/Martial Wizard 3/Mindbender 1/Magelord 10/Unseen Seer 4
1) Dragonwrought
Monk 1) Weapon Finesse
Monk 2) Improved Initiative
3) Spell Mastery
Wizard 1) Weapon Focus (ray)
6) Signature Spell
At this point make a Dragonpact for a 5th level spell slot.
9) Carmandine Monk
Dismiss the Dragonpact to get your HP back.

And there you go, you have a wizard that can cast as a sorcerer again with spells known. Also their spellbook is their scales, and if they die, the spellscales left behind will probably weigh more than the entire wizard did alive (they weigh 1lb each). I'm sure it could be improved.

Anything else cool we could do with this? Finally make Wonderworker a good prestige class?

For the purposes of Dragonpacts, a Dragonwrought Kobold is a true dragon

You wrote this like it is indisputably while it isn't. Maybe it be better if you use "if".

Dismiss the Dragonpact to get your HP back.
And you lose 5th level spell slot.

Well, alright.

And you lose 5th level spell slot.
Once you have 5th level spells, you dismiss the dragonpact, so you can qualify for Magelord by your own power by then.

I just thought of another use - Tome Dragons.

A Wyrmling Loredrake Tome Dragon 8/Eunuch Warlock 10 can finagle their spells per day so they can cast 9th level spells. Because they automatically know every divination and conjuration spell, they can use any spell slots they have. Once they gain bonus spell slots from Eunuch Warlock, they can dismiss that dragon pact and get their bonus spells from ability scores as well. Sure, you only have a 15th level caster level, but you have 9th level spells!

I see. Smart.
