clockwork sorcadin, anything to note?

Long story short I'm planning a 2/18 Sorcadin build with the Clockwork Soul subclass (cause I'm a warforged) anything I should note for this particular build as opposed to the standard draconic and divine soul sorcadins? I've got my 2 paladin levels already and rolled for stats (pretty well) So I've got 18 Cha and 16 Str and Con. Any suggestions on spell/feat/other things beyond the standard?

Get GFB or BB - aside from the fact that it counts as casting a spell (for Mage Slayer and Counterspell) they're better than making a normal attack.

If your DM says you can't cast sorcerer spells with somatic components while you hold a sword and a shield, you'll want to take Warcaster.
