While working on a sort of western themed campaign, I came up with this idea of a sorcerer subclass built around firearms and specifically the spell, Spiritual Weapon.

I don't know if you ever saw a 90s anime called Outlaw Star. It was its own thing but got big time eclipsed by Cowboy Bebop.

Anyway, the protag had a gun called a Caster that shot (very expensive) bullets.

I look at this and I wonder, why would you ever shoot the gun? Its average damage will be less than that of Firebolt by level 5 which leaves the spell selection.

So I think it needs another pass. Or you just add Extra Attack at 6th, maybe with a bell and whistle. Your spell list seems solid, here are some ideas (EDIT: which I now see are wildly different from your own which is more focused on the Spirit Gun. I had fun writing it and will add it for my Dragonborn):
