So the dhampir has negative energy affinity meaning he's harmed by positive and healed by negative.
The radiant dawn maneuvers that heal don't seem to specify if it's positive energy or not.
Would it be a stretch of imagination or rules to believe that a dhampir can be healed with radiant dawn maneuvers since it's untyped, and doesn't mention any particular interaction with undead?

It wouldn't be a stretch at all. Untyped healing exists in base Pathfinder. Infernal Healing and Fast Healing in general is untyped healing, for instance, which is why Vampires aren't slowly killed by their own regeneration.
