Raising planar binding hit dice cap

As the title, there is a PrC that raise the hit dice cal that is not malkonvoker. The material where it could be is core, eberron, FR, ravenloft, kalamar, DL, rokugan, warcraft, diablo, DrM, DuM, old web stuff, mind's eye, any of the old official websites that released official products (planescape, Dark sun, birthright, spelljammer) and any other Wotc licensed product i may have forgotten.

I think there's a feat in one of the Fiendish Codexes that raises the cap, though it may only apply to [Evil] Outsiders or something similar.

The thing I'm looking for is explicitly a PrC, i don't need to actually raise the cap, i need to remember the name of the PRC I'm looking for.

Cosmic Descryer from Epic Level handbook does it, but its epic of course.
