I was looking at the combat Maneuvers and the feat that lets anyone have a couple.

If I play a Barbarian, can I use Maneuvers while Raging or is that too taxing for a raging meat shield?

The only thing you can't do while raging is casting or concentrating on spells. It doesn't limit what can do otherwise.
