What CR for this?

I have created some groups for my players to fight (they are playing an evil campaign that involves taking cities in a Roman-esque area) and I was wondering what CR these would be.

Four level one Human Warriors. Small Longspears, Heavy Shileds, Studded Leather. 16 Str, 14 Dex, 12 Con, 13 Int, 10 Wis, 10 Cha. Shield Focus (heavy), Shield Wall. They fight in a square formation.

The biggest thing about this is a 22 AC (with the bonus from shield wall applying from all three allies).

Probably two. Their level one after all. And if you focus fire, as each one goes down the rest of em lose AC.

I'd say CR 1, 2 at the most. A level 1 human warrior is CR 1/2, with the extra coming from slight better than elite array. The overall EL of the encounter would be about 2-3.
