Here's the rules:
Base Attack Bonus
Add the base attack bonuses acquired for each class to get the character’s base attack bonus. A resulting value of +6 or higher provides the character with multiple attacks.
So..what's the BAB for those additional multiple attacks? How many do you get?
I have an 11 ECL PC with 9 BAB

Multiple attacks are always granted at previous AB -5 so long as your remaining AB is greater than 0.
Using your example:
1st attack - AB +9 (from BAB +9)
2nd attack - AB +4 (+9-5=+4)
3rd attack - AB -1 (You don't get a third attack because your AB is now less than 1)
For a clear cut picture of what your attacks look like, take your BAB and compare it to the fighter table for a fighter with an equivilent BAB. (you have the BAB of a 9th level fighter, so reading from the fighter BAB table shows that your attack routine looks like +9/+4)

For your example you get two at +9 and +4

Using deductive reasoning, I think it's going to be +9/+4...as all the other classes that get multiple attacks have their BAB -5 as their second attack.
A confirmation is good, though :) Thanks!

Fixed that so now I'm typing invisibly
