Less of a homebrew design thread and more of a shake you down for loose homebrew thread. I'm running a D&D 5E campaign in a 1920's urban setting, and I'm wondering if there's any homebrew floating around that might be useable. I thought it would be best to ask the folks who knew what was good rather than trying to comb through the labyrinth of accessible homebrew content, especially since there's a lot of cool stuff I'll probably miss.

Fun and interesting are my main priorities. Really anything that makes the world feel more fun to play around in, or gives the players more fun options in a "modern" setting.

Here's a few links to more modern homebrew culled from the compendium in my signature.

Are any of these the sort of thing you were looking for?

Grab some D20 modern stuff for inspiration?

The Steelsworn in my Guide to Greatness might be useful to you? It's not specifically modern, but it's designed to be a sort of urban Ranger--a guardian of civilization.

(Mechanically, it's an Int-based half-caster with a specific focus around buffing themselves, as opposed to the Paladin's smites or the Ranger's utility)
