Rajah self empowerement and bind

Hi, am i correct in assuming that the akashic feat self empowerement, letting you shape a title veil to yourself by making it lose the title descriptor would mean you would not be able to bind it using the empowered titles class feature, which let you bind title veils?

I am trying to make a build using the venomous title veil along with the dance of daggers veils and use both on myself but the batal rajah (egoist rajah that shape title to themselves) cannot get bind on non nattively title veil so id need 2 feats

I could multiclass to facilitate things but then my initiator level would be stunt

Is there any way that would cost less than 2 feats to get to bind title and non title veil (specifically to the feet chakra) to myself by level 12?

I messed up my tags and none shows, for the uninitiated, the rajah is a pathfinder 3rd party class being an hybrid using both the veilweaving subsystem (pathfinder incarnum badically) and the path of war subsystem (tome of battle for pathfinder)
