Paladin: Leadership instead of Special Mount

The Despot Anti-Paladin variant in dragon magazine gets leadership as a bonus feat instead of a special mount, I seem to remember another paladin variant that does the same (maybe 3rd party) anyone aware of this other variant that I am thinking off?

I don't know if it can helps you, but in Pathfinder you have the Esquire archetype for Cavalier, which gives you a cohort at level 3.

Otherwise, in 3.5, you have the Enforcer. Got Leadership at level 5. (Dragon Magazine #310)
