If a creature goes to 0 while its death ward is being suppressed by an antimagic field...
Tean the field is no longer suppressing the ward but they're still at 0
How would you rule the Death Ward interaction
Because it can't prevent them from going to 0

I personally think:
either it just breaks the spell
or the spell waits till they're over 0 to be active again

Death Ward only activates when you drop to 0 hp as a result of taking damage. It does nothing if you already are at 0, or you get to 0 hp through other means (like suffocating, which doesn't cause damage, just drops you to 0 hp immediately). The second interpretation seems like the correct one: if you heal to positive HP, it will trigger if you would drop to 0 as a result of taking damage.

I agree with this interpretation as well. It's identical (other than duration) to having death Ward cast on you after you leave the AMF. As far as it's concerned, it never saw you meet its trigger, because it couldn't see during that period of time when it was suppressed.
