Once again, I'm going to use my CP D&D (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BJOYlk7muLvDsabcTlnP3SCqBt3pEETzPd0ccSOlndM/edit) rules to lay out the class.

Hindrances

*Can Never Retain Wealth (15) (Keep what they and their mount can carry)
*Limited Armor (10) (no more than studded leather)

With hindrances is 185... a little lower than a Paladin. The character has no magic, but a variety of skills. They're limited to light armor, but that is slightly mitigated because they can make the most of that armor. Fast, stealthy, hard to surprise, they're limited in the wealth they can keep and the armor they can wear, but have no restriction on alignment or odd hang-ups.
