At what point did V and Durkon start cold-sending to Serini? How many times have they referenced these sendings, and how far apart was each message?
I'm trying to establish a timeline of when sendings occurred in relation to other events that Serini might have known about (eg Gates falling, Girard's antipaladin trap) which could've changed her viewpoint on the Order and their usefulness.
My belief is, the first time they messaged her, she didn't know if it was a trap by Xykon. Not replying was a safe way to hide her survival if their last encounter. After that, the repeated messages made it clear that as far as the Gates were concerned, the Order were a bigger threat to their existence than Xykon.

Sometimes, when we receive a message how we view the world colors our understanding of that message. I think Serini's position, and her reaction to both the order and the two paladins, are informed by that dynamic.

So V only starting messaging Serini *after* the booby trap? And it's inferred she did so every day since, and occasionally Durkon did as well?
It sort of alters my idea that Serini thought the Order was a trick by Xykon. The timeline is probably more like;
Azure Gate falls. Serini has full knowledge of what happened in the Throne room.
Several months later, the booby trap fires and messages Serini.
Within a day (The Order searches the area again until nightfall, so let's assume V doesn't send until the next morning) some chuckleheads message her about the gates. Exactly what's said isn't recorded, so we can't infer if V mentioned they're the ones who tripped the trap, that they're looking for Girard as well as Serini, or any other information. By the sounds of it, V continues messaging every day.
A few weeks later (at most), Girard's Gate falls. We don't know yet if Serini has full knowledge of what happened on the final room of the Pyramid, but if she does, she's heard Roy outright state destroying the gate to stop Xykon is their best and only plan. V continues messaging.

So to begin with, it's more likely she didn't really see the point in replying to V, and later on it became apparent the Order weren't to be trusted with safeguarding a Gate, and by not replying they might think she was dead and leave her alone.

She likely knows the Order and Linear Guild were teaming up when that other Gate was destroyed, too.

Don't forget that Girard's clan goes silent somewhere in the timeline. I dunno how much regular contact we can assume between them and Serini, though.

One of the bonus comics (743a) shows V contacting Serini on-screen. That is during the banquet at the palace while Haley is getting drunk, and Belkar is stealing bread.
