Still gives you a guideline to build one. Most of the stuff has an equivalent in 3.5. I had never seen it before I found it. Now I HAVE to build one myself ;-)

How about a Shifter Cleric with the Strength and Transformation domains using a Fauchard or Longspear & Gauntlet? And take whatever those feats or acf's are that let you cast the domain spells more often?
