Ways to reduce/remove energy resistances

I'm looking for ways to reduce/remove the energy resistances from creatures, more specifically fire resistance mostly if that helps.

I'm looking for ways to make it so that my Walker in the waste heat ability will work on more things.

A Spellthief can steal some of a creatures energy resistance (and bestow it on themselves) on a successful hit.

What heat ability are you talking about? Was there a rule that says dessication damage is reduced by fire resistance?
