Woodcrafters.
Creature type. Your creature type is beast.
Ability score increase. Any combination of 3 scores increase by 1 (this cannot exceed 20 as normal).
Size. Your size is medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
Unarmed combat. While also capable with weaponry using their antler-like “hands” Wood-crafters also possess sharp claws on their legs and on the tips of their antlers. Your unarmed strikes deal 1d4 slashing damage, rather than the typical bludgeoning damage of unarmed strikes. You also have proficiency in these strikes.
Sprint. Woodcrafters, being the descendants of Antlears, are still built for speed, despite being significantly more sedentary then their ancestors. You can take the dash action as a bonus action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per short or long rest.
Defensive maneuvers. At the beginning of your turn, you may use a bonus action to reduce your movement speed to 0 until the start of your next turn. When you use this bonus action, if a creature enters your reach before your next turn, you may make a melee weapon attack or unarmed strike as a reaction.
Nature shapers. You can communicate simple ideas and concepts to creatures with the plant type, even if you do not share a language. In addition, you have expertise (meaning you double your proficiency bonus) in wood carvers tools.
Languages. You can speak, read and write common, as well as “Wood-crafter”.
