Making fire resistant creatures vulnerable to heat dangers

I'm looking for ways to make creatures that are resistant to fire able to be affected by heat dangers so reducing/removing the energy resistances from creatures, more specifically fire resistance mostly if that helps, would be what I'm looking for

I'm looking for ways to make it so that my Walker in the waste local Drought and Greater drought ability will work on more things.

As I mentioned in a previous thread, Spellthief 3 can steal energy resistance from creatures. 10 at 3rd, 20 at 11th and 30 at 19th.
