Malconvoker has the deceptive summons and fiendish legion abilities when they cast summon monster spells to summon evil-aligned creatures.

A Master of Shrouds has the Summon Undead ability that except for some other stuff that doesn't matter here, is "otherwise identical to the summon monster spells".

So if we have an, I don't know, cleric 2/wizard 1/master of shrouds 10/Malconvoker 7, would the deceptive summon and fiendish legion abilities apply to the summon undead ability of the master of shrouds, giving one souped up undead, and and extra undead too?

Would deceptive summons and fiendish legion apply to spells like Summon Undead I?

They are different spells, even if their effects function similarly. In general, this shouldn't work. It probably wouldn't break anything to make it work if your DM is on board, but it doesn't out of the box.

Unfortunately if it's not summon monster, it doesn't interact with Malconvoker. If the flvour of Master of Shrouds was inline with Malconvoker, a forgiving DM might have allowed it. Unfortunately even the fluff indicates that the two abilities are not supposed to interact.

Let's not give up hope, however. If there is a way for you to cast summon monster and get undead templates in the creatures summoned, then it would interact with Malconvoker. But then the question would be why you need Master of Shrouds.
