Can any changeling (MMIII p. 24) character with +4 BAB qualify for the Warshaper Prc (Complete Warrior p.89)? If so, does the minor shapeshift (acts like disguise self count as the shifted form? This seems like a pretty standard interpretation of the rules. What do you guys think?

I thought it would be a neat idea for a changeling character who experimented and pushed the limits of his doppelganger heritage.

Also, would the warshaper's natural attacks qualify him for the Multiattack Monster Feat (MM p. 304)? Since the natural attacks are only part of his shifted form (albiet, usable at will), does this technicality prevent him from being considered to have three natural attacks?

Yep, it works.

I see no reason why Changelings would not be qualified for Warshaper.

In terms of Multiattack, a character can take a feat even if he only qualifies for it sometimes. You only can use the benefit of the feat at the times you qualify for it. Hence, you can take Multiattack and use it as written, but only when you have enough attacks for it. You cannot use Multiattack in your natural form.

Yes, it works. A one level Warshaper dip is pretty common for Monk (improves unarmed damage) and Psychic Warrior (improves Claws of the Beast) builds.
