Looking for inspiration...

Need any classes/archetypes that are specifically dragon hunter/killer type classes...need a group of villain's hunting a group of NPC dragons our group supports.

Feats, gear, dips...anything....

At the risk of stating the obvious, have you looked in the Draconomicon? There's loads of that stuff in there.

Dragonstalker from Draconomicon gets 10d6 sneak attack vs dragons in 10 levels.

Wearer of Purple in Faiths and Pantheons dominates rather than damages dragons, but can still be used for this purpose.

Not really a class, but the spell "Shivering Touch" is considered a dragon slayer spell due to dealing 3d6 DEX damage. Most dragons have a base DEX of 10ish, so that is most of the time straight overkill.

Here a full optimized Shivering Touch build (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?528541-Shivering-Tornado-of-Death-Arcane-Channeling-optimization).

A halfling ranger with a warsling and the dragondoom feat and murderous intent can fling skip rocks at a huge bonus to hit and any nat twenties autoconfirm and deal x7 damage

It should be noted that those abilities, unsurprisingly, are less than worthless against non-dragons. For example, Dragonstalker's variation of Sneak Attack only works on dragons at all.

Gnome calculus is an interesting weapon that might be useful to a dragon hunter. It lets you target touch AC from several hundred feet away, and ignore DR.

Just Store a Shivering Touch in one of those and you have the d&d equivalent of the black arrow from "the hobbit".
