question about spring attack

does spring attack work when combined with a charge? would they be able to move the rest of there movement if they have it available after attacking with a charge?

No, Spring Attack is not usable during a charge.

This would be possible using Ride-By Attack if you are mounted, but for whatever reasons, the Spring Attack, Ride-By Attack, and Fly-By Attack feats all work in completely different ways.

Ride by Attack can be easily obtained via Riding Boots.

Further Ride by Attack also works if you are (the mount,) mounted by a rider.

Now you only need to find a small rider that you can give the Riding Boots. E.g. a familiar or just buy a parrot ^^
