So I have been researching houserules and what people import into their D&D games from other systems.

I am curious what, if anything, people use.

I may write some of these wrong as I am doing it from memory.

Some common ones I see are:
DM only: Dungeon world/Apocolypse world fronts

Dungeon world: Success at a cost
13th age: fail forward
13th age: Escalation dice
Minions: D&D 4e
Exploding Dice: Some system?

I am sure there are some I have forgotten.

But what, if any, do people here use?

Critical is dc +10 instead of 20 from pathfinder 2

I use the
2d6 + charisma mod roll for NPC and monster reactions (when I can't make up my mind or I feel that a roll is needed) not a d20.
It's based on Original D&D's Charisma table in Men and Magic.

Aspects, from Fate. They're a nice way of expressing characters and incentivizing narrative and roleplaying choices.
