It's not just the catchphrase. The series was quite possibly the worst show ever. Link was totally out of character, the voice acting sounds like nothing you'd expect, the plot was awful, ect.

It's not the catchphrase; it's that he said it about 50 times in 13 episodes, each of which was 15 minutes long. On average, he said it every 3.9 minutes.
