I'd work Confusion or similar into Wild Magic somewhere, alongside stuff that lets them mess with magic directly (Dispel Magic, Counterspell).

I like these lists. Nice job. I would change the wild magic to enemies abound and summon fey at level 3, and then confusion and polymorph at level 4. Maybe change legend lore to animate objects. But it may just be that I picture wild magic as more fey, and yours seems more about bending luck, in which case your list fits well.

I do like those lists, I was thinking to have half the list of draconic be standard and half change by element.

That said, wild magic isn't fey magic, although I can see similarities.

I believe, at least in forgotten realms, wild magic was a result of mystra dying during the time of troubles, and is less about fey themes and more about magic acting randomly/going awry.

two lists i came up with, which i'd give to anybody i was DMing for who chose a sorcerer:

SHADOW
1 - Hex, Cause Fear
3 - Darkness (which they already get), Pass Without Trace
5 - Fear, Hunger of Hadar
7 - Confusion, Shadow of Moil
9 - Enervation, Mislead

STORM
1 - Fog Cloud, Thunderwave
3 - Gust of Wind, Shatter
5 - Sleet Storm, Wind Wall
7 - Ice Storm, Storm Sphere
9 - Control Winds, Destructive Wave

Regeneration and Reincarnation?
I don't actually know the spell levels of the top of my head.

How about
1st: Hellish Rebuke, Healing word
2nd: Flaming Sphere, Prayer of Healing
3rd: Fireball, Revivify
4th: Fire Shield, Aura of life
5th: Flame Strike, Reincarnate

Others
Flame blade

I tried to give it a list that adds too the sorcerer list rather than picking spells the sorcerer already has

Huh, thinking like that I could just delegate the work the the player and say

"To compensate for the low number of spells known of the Sorcerer, you gain A Bonus Spell list. At 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th level you can add two spells of your choice to your bonus spell list. The spells must all be from the same school and from the sorcerer spell list. Once a spell is added to your bonus spell list you cannot swap it out for a higher level spell, like you normally would with your known sorcerer spells."
