Creating mutant lycanthrope (pathfinder 1e)

I’m looking for some monsters to flavor as lycanthrope they were experimented on. Like a troll for a werewolf with regeneration. Any tips and suggestions help

Are you aware of the third party Monstrous Lycanthrope (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/monstrous-lycanthrope-cr-special/) template?

It allows one to o be a were-any creature within size restrictions.

You could go hog-wild with it, were-trolls, were-ents, were-demons, whatever you like.

It stuck with me because my response was "OOOOOOh, that's a fun template."

Also fun in that it doesn't require the base creature to have the type humanoid so one can be creative with both sides of the transformation.
