Half Human half Neanderthal race?

I know that Neanderthals technically count as human, but has there been any published material on a regular human/Neanderthal pairing? If not, please speculate.

Since analysis of real-world DNA shows that there must have been a fair amount of interbreeding I would go for a 50% chance the child develops like a human and 50% like a Neanderthal - i.e. most humans and Neanderthals are already crossbreeds.

Take a look at bastards and bloodlines, it is 3rd party but it is the closest you are going to get to rules on what if races x and y had a child together.
