Self healing through highy accelerated resting

There was a build here a couple of months ago which managed to cut down resting time from 8 hours/a full day (can't remember which one) to slightly less than 4 minutes while greatly expanding the healng received by natural recovery at the same time and not needing sleep/actual rest (think that was from a class feature, but could also have been a ring of sustenance) but I can no longer find it and I cannot remember the components involved! Anyone know what I am talking about/has a link to that thread?
