Magic weapon enhancements that are not plus equivalent

I am not talking about weapon crystals. Nor crystal weapons since the weapon is already cold iron. But magic armor has some enhancements that are plus equivalent and some that just cost money. Are there magic weapon enhancements that I could add to an existing magic weapon that are not plus equivalent and just cost money?

Prismatic Burst weapon was repriced in the MIC to only cost 30,000g.
Causes a Prismatic Spray on a crit.

Dungeonscape has Oil Chamber (1,000g) and Wand Chamber (100g).
