Serpent themed adventures

Hi!

I just had the idea of creating a campaign around serpentine cultist using The Coils of Set, Against the Cult of the Reptile God and Freeport series as a base. I think Serpent Skull AP also had this theme but I haven't heard good things about it. Can you recall good adventures with this theme? I don't mind if it's 3.5/PF or even 5e/OSR/DCC if there are cool ideas to steal from.
