Well, I got bored, so I made an OOTS Halo Marine, complete with Sniper Rifle! Yay!

Wow, that looks great, except the lines on the gun are too thin. And you know, you don't have to do that much details...

It would look better if you made some lines more circular (such as the hair).

good stuff. you should have a crack at Sgt. Johnson. or maybe the marine you hear in the background every so often with a Latino accent. we(me and my gaming buddies) call him Paulo. Every level he shows up in he dies... and then he just comes back... ....freakkkky...

Heh, thanks. The think's not so circular though 'cause of my lack of flash. The think had to be done in Photoshop instead, which is meant for editing, not creating, so it was kinda hard to make.

Nice work! For the avatar version, though, I'd suggest exporting from whatever program you made this in at a lower resolution, and increasing the line thickness slightly. That will deal with the aliasing in the current picture. Otherwise, lookin' good!
